I’m Debra Howell, the owner and founder. Growing up on a horse farm in Cape May County taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and doing every job with pride. Those values became the foundation of Victory Cleaning when I launched the company in 2012.
What began as a small part‑time venture has grown into a respected, full‑service cleaning company serving homes, businesses, and vacation properties throughout the region. Our growth has been built on one thing: relationships. Many of our clients have been with us for years, and we consider them part of our extended Victory family.
